For standard deliveries, we generally process orders within 3–5 business days. This means that for our customers in the United States, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 7–9 business days total (including both processing and transit time). We strive to ensure your products reach you in a timely manner, though please note that additional shipping surcharges may apply for certain destinations like New Zealand or Australia.
Please keep in mind that business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during national holidays or peak periods may experience slight delays. We also request that you place your order before 8:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT) to have it included in the same day’s processing cycle – orders placed after this cutoff will begin processing the next business day. 1. Shipping Carriers and Methods:
At Akinci Strength, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Below are our shipping methods with their estimated delivery times and key conditions. (All timeframes are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.)
1. APO (Military) Shipping:

Delivery Time: Typically 9–12 business days for delivery to APO/FPO addresses. In some cases, delivery can extend to 15–21 business days (especially for remote military bases or additional routing), and additional fees may apply for these extended shipments.

Order Cutoff: Please place APO orders before 8:00 PM SGT for same-day processing. Orders after this time will process on the next business day.

Important Notes: Be sure to include a valid telephone number with your order. Military mail facilities may need to contact you to verify details or arrange delivery on base.
2. Standard Shipping:

Delivery Time: For most major destinations, including the United States, Canada, Singapore, and parts of Southeast Asia, standard shipping orders typically arrive within 7–9 business days in total (including the 3–5 day processing time and the transit time). For other international destinations, delivery usually falls within this 7–9 business day window as well, though very remote locations may take a bit longer.

Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping to select regions. Customers in the US, Canada, Singapore, and much of Southeast Asia receive free standard shipping on their orders. For other regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM SGT for an attempt at same-day processing. Otherwise, processing will begin on the next business day.

Conditions: Severe weather, logistical disruptions, or customs clearance delays can occasionally affect delivery times. If we are unable to ship to your provided address, it unfortunately means our carrier services do not operate in your area at this time.
3. Expedited Shipping (Express):

Delivery Time & Processing: Expedited shipping offers faster delivery for an additional cost. When available, expedited orders are prioritized in processing (usually leaving our facility within 2–3 business days) and have an accelerated transit time, with packages typically delivered within 4–6 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cost: Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee (approximately $19.99 – $29.99 USD, depending on destination and package weight). The exact cost will be shown at checkout if the express option is selected.

Order Cutoff: As with other methods, please place your order by 8:00 PM SGT to allow for same-day processing on expedited orders.

⚠ Note: At this time, **expedited shipping is not available for orders shipping to the United States. Due to unstable conditions stemming from recent tariffs and trade uncertainties, we have temporarily suspended express shipping options to U.S. destinations. All U.S. orders will ship via our standard method (7–9 business days total). We apologize for any inconvenience and will update our policy if this service resumes for U.S. customers.
(Please be aware that unexpected events – such as holidays, severe weather, or global shipping disruptions – can impact the above delivery estimates. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays if they arise.)
2. Local Delivery Communication:
For a smooth delivery experience, our carriers or local delivery partners may reach out beforehand to confirm delivery details:

Pre-Delivery Contact: In many cases (especially for local deliveries or high-value packages), the courier might call or text you prior to arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the package. This helps prevent missed delivery attempts.

Provide Accurate Phone Number: Please provide a valid and reachable phone number at checkout. This contact information will only be used for delivery purposes or in case the driver needs additional directions. Having an up-to-date phone number on file helps avoid delays and guarantees that you can coordinate with the courier if necessary.

3. In-Store Pickup Policy
As an e-commerce focused business, we do not offer in-person or in-store pickup for orders. All purchases made through Akinci Strength will be shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout. We currently have no physical retail location or pickup point, so doorstep delivery is the only method for receiving your items. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience, and we aim to make our shipping as efficient as possible to compensate for the lack of a pickup option.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements:

Once an item has been shipped to you, we assume it meets our quality standards and the order specifications you selected.
