Refund policy
We inspect every order before it ships. Here's when we refund or replace, how it works, and the window you need to act in.
Final sale
All belts, sleeves, wraps, and straps are final sale for hygiene and customization reasons. We don't accept returns or size exchanges on non-damaged products, so measure with our sizing guide and check your selection before you order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it in full, and you don't need to ship anything back. Email support@akincistrength.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos of the damage or defect
We'll confirm the delivery date, review your photos, and arrange a refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't seen it, email support@akincistrength.com and we'll chase it.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. Once your refund or replacement is approved, place a separate order for the item you want.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You arrange and pay for return shipping; we don't provide prepaid labels. Send items back tracked, in original condition with tags and packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may be reduced if an item shows use beyond what's needed to check fit.
Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order products, including personalized designs, and unsealed hygiene items can't be returned. This includes the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU consumer law.

Product details
A lifter's belt is sized at the navel, and 10mm or 13mm is their call, not yours. Give them the card and let them pick the gear they'll train in.
How it works
- Choose the amount. $10, $25, $50 or $100.
- Send it by email. It comes to you, or goes straight to the lifter with a short note, now or on a date up to 90 days out.
- Redeem at checkout. The code goes in the discount code or gift card field and pays toward gear, shipping and tax.
Digital card, nothing ships. It can't be used to buy another gift card.
