Choosing equipment
Not sure which thickness or size? Belts are measured at the navel, not by trouser size. Between two sizes, size up, or ask us before you order.
A custom printed belt
Order a custom printed belt on its product page: choose the thickness (10mm or 13mm), the colour and your size from your waist measured at the navel, then upload your artwork as a PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP file. Save SVG, AI or EPS files as a PDF first. For a design idea that isn't artwork yet, email us and we'll reply with the next step.
An existing order
Have the order number ready. Tracking updates come from the Track Order page. A warranty claim needs the order number and a clear photo of the issue.
