Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect: how long processing takes, how long delivery takes, what it costs, how customs work, and how returns work. No surprises at your door.

Processing time

Every order is checked before it ships.

  • Singapore and Asia: 2 to 3 business days
  • United States and rest of world: 3 to 5 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 PM SGT start processing the next business day. Holidays and peak periods can add a little time.

Transit times below are after processing. The last column is the full door-to-door estimate.

Any shipping fee shows at checkout before you pay. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs can occasionally affect transit, and we'll flag any significant delay.

Free shipping

  • United States: free tracked shipping to all states.
  • Singapore and Asia: free express shipping on every order.

Other regions see their shipping cost at checkout, based on weight and destination.

Expedited shipping

Faster delivery is available at checkout for an extra cost. Expedited orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days after processing. The exact price shows at checkout when you select the express option.

Military addresses (APO/FPO)

We ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery usually takes 9 to 12 business days, and up to 15 to 21 for remote bases. Include a valid phone number so the mail facility can reach you. Extra fees may apply for extended routing.

Customs, duties, and tariffs

We do not add import taxes at checkout. What you pay covers product and shipping only.

  • United States: we cover any US import duties or tariffs. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
  • All other countries: your customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or GST when the package arrives. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility. Customs or the carrier will contact you if payment is due, and may hold the package until it's paid. If you're unsure about your country's rules, check with your local customs authority before ordering.

We're not responsible for delays at customs, but we'll supply any documents customs asks for.

Returns and refunds

We inspect every order before it ships. All belts, sleeves, wraps, and straps are final sale for hygiene and customization reasons. We don't accept returns or size exchanges on non-damaged products, so measure with our sizing guide and check your selection before you order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund it in full. Email support@akincistrength.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the problem
  • clear photos of the damage

Once we confirm the delivery date and review your photos, we'll arrange a refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you. Refunds go to your original payment method.

EU customers

If you're in the EU and exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We don't provide prepaid labels. Send items back tracked and in the condition you received them. Refunds may be reduced if an item shows use beyond what's needed to check fit.

Tracking your order

We email your tracking number the moment your order ships, with a link to follow it. Track it on our Track Order page, or on AfterShip or 17track. No tracking update after your processing window closes? Email support@akincistrength.com and we'll find it.
