Processing time
Every order is checked before it ships.
- Singapore and Asia: 2 to 3 business days
- United States, Canada, and rest of world: 3 to 5 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 PM SGT start processing the next business day. Holidays and peak periods can add a little time.

Any shipping fee shows at checkout before you pay. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs can occasionally affect transit, and we'll flag any significant delay.
Free shipping
- United States and Canada: free tracked standard shipping.
- Singapore and Asia: free express shipping on every order.
Other regions see their shipping cost at checkout, based on weight and destination.
Expedited shipping
Outside the United States, faster delivery is available at checkout for an extra cost. Expedited orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days after processing. The exact price shows at checkout when you select the express option.
Want it out the door first? In the US, pick Skip the Queue at checkout ($19.99). We pack your order before the rest and ship it within 3 business days, tracked. From there it travels the same route as our free shipping. Canada and Mexico see it too when checkout offers it.
Military addresses (APO/FPO)
We ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery usually takes 9 to 12 business days, and up to 15 to 21 for remote bases. Include a valid phone number so the mail facility can reach you. Extra fees may apply for extended routing.
Customs, duties, and tariffs
We do not add import taxes at checkout. What you pay covers product and shipping only.
- United States: we cover any US import duties or tariffs. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
- All other countries: your customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or GST when the package arrives. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility. Customs or the carrier will contact you if payment is due, and may hold the package until it's paid. If you're unsure about your country's rules, check with your local customs authority before ordering.
We're not responsible for delays at customs, but we'll supply any documents customs asks for.
Delivery contact
For some orders, especially local or higher-value deliveries, the courier may call or text you before arrival to make sure someone's there to receive the package. Add a valid phone number at checkout. We use it for delivery only, or if the driver needs directions. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier usually re-attempts or leaves instructions, so keep an eye on your tracking.
In-store pickup
We're an online store with no physical retail location, so we don't offer in-person or in-store pickup. Every order ships to the address you give at checkout.
Returns and refunds
All gear is final sale except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, email support@akincistrength.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund it. Tracking your order
We email your tracking number the moment your order ships, with a link to follow it. Track it on our Track Order page at akincistrength.com/pages/track-order, or on AfterShip or 17track. No tracking update after your processing window closes? Email support@akincistrength.com and we'll find it.

Warranty terms and eligibility
Akinci Strength is fully committed to keeping our customers' weightlifting belts insured for life. We stand behind the quality and durability of our belts, and this Lifetime Warranty is our promise to support and protect your belt for as long as you own it.
Covered Issues:
- Belt Tears: If the leather of your belt is fully torn under normal use, we will replace the belt with a new one.
- Broken Levers: If your belt’s lever mechanism breaks, we will replace the lever to restore full functionality.
- Stitching Coming Undone: If the stitching on your belt comes apart, we will repair the stitching or replace the belt.
Exclusions (Not Covered):
- Missing Screws: This warranty does not cover lost or missing screws or other removable hardware.
- Cosmetic Damage: Surface damage such as scratches, scuffs, or dents that do not affect performance is not covered.
- Intentional Damage: Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or intentional abuse is not covered by the warranty.
Hassle-Free Claims Process:
- Proof of Purchase: Submit a screenshot or copy of your order confirmation (order number) as proof of purchase.
- Photo of Damage: Provide a clear picture showing the damage to your belt.
- Replacement Arrangement: Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and contact you within 5 working days to arrange a replacement if the issue is covered.
Lifetime Warranty Commitment:
This warranty has no expiration date – it remains valid for the lifetime of your belt. Even after 10 years, if a covered issue arises with your belt, Akinci Strength will honor this warranty and provide a repair or replacement. This lifetime commitment underscores our confidence in the quality of our products and our dedication to your satisfaction.

Refund policy
We inspect every order before it ships. Here's when we refund or replace, how it works, and the window you need to act in.
Final sale
All belts, sleeves, wraps, and straps are final sale for hygiene and customization reasons. We don't accept returns or size exchanges on non-damaged products, so measure with our sizing guide and check your selection before you order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it in full, and you don't need to ship anything back. Email support@akincistrength.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos of the damage or defect
We'll confirm the delivery date, review your photos, and arrange a refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't seen it, email support@akincistrength.com and we'll chase it.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. Once your refund or replacement is approved, place a separate order for the item you want.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You arrange and pay for return shipping; we don't provide prepaid labels. Send items back tracked, in original condition with tags and packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may be reduced if an item shows use beyond what's needed to check fit.
Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order products, including personalized designs, and unsealed hygiene items can't be returned. This includes the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU consumer law.

The Lever
Five-setting lever, hand-set in seconds. Click tight for the working set, ease off for warm-ups. The hardware doesn't argue with you.
The Leather
Cowhide body. Stiff at first. Settles after a few weeks, then holds its shape through the brace. Red suede inside grips your shirt so the belt doesn't ride.
