The Heel: 3cm lift that keeps your chest up through high bar squats and cleans. Your legs do the work instead of your lower back compensating for poor ankle mobility.
The Straps: Two velcro straps cinch your midfoot hard. These squat shoes stay dialed from first warm-up through heaviest single. No loosening. No readjusting.
The Sole: TPU and rubber. Grips the platform and doesn't compress under heavy loads. Your foot stays flat and planted where you put it.
The Look: Black leather. Gold midsole. Dragon embossed on the side. You'll want to train in these even on upper body days.
